Are you a government body?

No. The Core Network is an independent private consultancy operated by Gencore Global Consultancy – FZCO (Trade Licence No. 93023). We are not affiliated with any UAE government authority. We advise on, and manage on your behalf, applications that you make to the relevant authorities. The authority decides whether to approve them.

Can I set up a company in Dubai if I live in the UK?

Many entrepreneurs based in the UK set up companies in Dubai. What is required depends on your business activity and the structure you choose. Tell us where you are based and what your business does, and we will explain what applies to you.

Should I choose a free zone or mainland company?

It depends on where your customers are and what your business does. Free zone companies suit many online and international businesses. Mainland companies can trade directly across the UAE market. We help you compare the options before anything is filed.

How much does it cost?

Our packages start from £8,000 (Essential) and £17,000 (VIP). The final price depends on your structure, package prices include the government fees for your package, and your written quote lists our consultancy fee and the government fees as separate items.

How long does it take?

Our average is about 25 days with the Essential package and about 14 days with VIP. Timings vary with the processing times of the relevant authority, which are outside our control.
