Refund and cancellation policy

The short version: your quote is free and carries no obligation. Refunds of our consultancy fee follow your written quote or agreement. Government fees are paid to the relevant authority, and whether they can be refunded is up to that authority.

1. Quotes

Asking for a quote is free and you are under no obligation to go ahead. We only start work once you have accepted a written quote or agreement.

2. Our consultancy fee

The terms for cancelling and for any refund of our consultancy fee are set out in the written quote or agreement you accept before work starts. Please read them before you accept. If anything is unclear, ask us first.

3. Government fees

Government fees are paid to the relevant authority and are set by that authority. Once a fee has been paid to an authority, whether it can be refunded depends on that authority’s own rules, not on us. Your quote lists these fees separately from our consultancy fee, so you can see what is what.

4. Application outcomes

We advise on and manage applications on your behalf, but the relevant authority decides whether to approve them. We cannot guarantee the outcome or how long it takes.

5. How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name and details of your quote. We will confirm in writing how we are handling your request.

6. Coaching and other services

Cancellation and refund terms for coaching and any other service are set out in the agreement or confirmation we give you when you sign up.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us at [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right.
